Phantom Bigfoot Strikes Again

Phantom Bigfoot Strikes Again - Simon Okill I realized upon reading the first several pages of Phantom Bigfoot that I was going to have to leave my middle aged etiquette at the door, so to speak, and channel my inner 18 year old boy. Do I even have one of those? As it turns out, I must, because the more I read, the more I became enchanted by the pure ridiculousness of this story. There’s a lot of bathroom humor, intentional sexual references and beer drinking, but underneath all of that is a story about Duane who is trying to discover his place in the world. I loved Sheriff Lou. She was my favorite character, constantly trying to figure out how to stay one step ahead of all the idiots living in Big Beaver. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a fun read, especially young men (and those of us who are able to channel them.)
